A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for two full-time school-based opportunities in the Sanford area. Whether you prefer an elementary setting or a smaller K-12 caseload, this district offers supportive teams and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with students. Available Positions K-12 School Full-time Separate public school setting Approximately 35-student caseload Elementary School Full-time Grades K-5 Approximately 50-student caseload School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services Conduct evaluations and assessments Develop and implement IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain documentation and progress reports Qualifications Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred Compensation $45-55/hour DOE (average ~$50/hour, depending on years of experience) Employment Type Contract - W2 What We Offer Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Dedicated recruiter support #p34
