Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary-aged students throughout the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services within a collaborative educational setting. Here, your expertise helps young learners reach critical milestones.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current, active CCC-SLP credential
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech Language Pathology
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a varied elementary school caseload
  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations per student needs and school protocols
  • Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with families, teachers, and other professionals
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support student progress
  • Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and support staff
