Job Description

JOB DETAILS
Exceptional skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist for their highly rated facility located in Sparta, NC. This is for a part time 13 week contract assignment offering between 20-30 hours weekly with option to possibly extend or possibly more hours. Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled SLP-NC References:
1 Reference in entire work history
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SNF experience preferred. Candidate should be comfortable with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning, dysphagia management, cognitive-linguistic therapy, communication therapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Active NC License
