Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a rewarding contract position in a school-based setting! If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of PreK-12 students, this full-time onsite role is for you. With a manageable caseload of 40-50 students across six school sites and three to four private sites, you'll have the chance to work closely with a diverse student population and collaborate with dedicated educators and families. What you'll bring to the role: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure for the state Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is valued Commitment to effective communication, progress documentation, and student success Strong organization and time management skills Comfortable working independently (no SLPA support provided) No educator certification required Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders Support students across a range of ages and abilities, both in school and at private sites Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy goals Monitor progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with IEP and district standards Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment Offer direct intervention and consultative support as needed This is a full-time contract position, working 37.5 hours per week onsite, with an attractive pay rate ranging from $40 to $47 per hour based on experience.
