Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower young learners to build essential communication skills by serving as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. In this contract position, you will work with an elementary school caseload, helping students reach their fullest potential in a supportive educational setting. Your expertise will make a lasting difference in children's academic and social success.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC Previous experience working in school-based roles, preferably at the elementary level Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and develop therapy plans for diverse student needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and staff Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for each child's success Manage a varied elementary school caseload, fostering student growth and communication Contribute knowledge to multidisciplinary teams and school initiatives
