Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Recent or previous school-based experience as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or a strong clinical fellowship background In-depth knowledge of speech-language assessments, intervention techniques, and IEP implementation Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Dedication to fostering positive student relationships and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEP goals Deliver engaging direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Monitor student progress, update documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
