Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in North Dakota ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience providing speech therapy services in pediatric or school settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students with diverse needs Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Educate school staff and families on ways to facilitate communication growth
