Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for students in a K-12 educational setting. The SLP will work closely with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and academic success. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and special education teams Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Utilize evidence-based practices and assistive technology when appropriate Promote student engagement, participation, and communication confidence Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills If you are ready to make a real difference in students' lives while enjoying work-life balance and excellent benefits, take the next step in your career and apply today! #p34
