Desired Qualifications:

Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing therapy in a school environment, preferably at the elementary level Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable adapting to new environments and working independently

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school and regulatory standards Provide consultative support and resources to classroom teachers and other staff
