Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support students in a school setting. This contract role is located in Wood River, Nebraska, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication development.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal requirements Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group sessions Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational plansQualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working in school environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practicesLocation:
