Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Shape meaningful educational experiences as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. In this in-person, contract opportunity near Claremont, NH, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals. The caseload is school-based with specifics to be determined, offering a dynamic environment where your expertise truly matters. The assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 3, 2027, with a 35-hour work week.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active SLP (CCC) license required Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Ability to manage and adapt to a varied K-12 caseload Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to in-person service delivery
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Maintain accurate and timely student records, including progress reporting Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other support staff Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Educate school personnel and families on strategies to support student success Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for every student
