Job Description
Garrison City Therapy Services was established in 2009 as a speech pathology private practice. The practice has grown considerably over the years and began offering occupational therapy services as well in December 2025. GCTS is located on the 3rd floor of 51 Webb Place in Dover, NH, a beautiful ADA compliant medical building with an elevator and large parking lot, offering other specialties such as dermatology, allergy services, dentists, orthodontists, audiologists, and physical therapy. With our recent expansion, more than doubling our size since 2023, GCTS now has room to hire additional speech pathologists and occupational therapists. Both suites on the 3rd floor combined provide the following in almost 6000 sf of space: 13 beautiful individual offices with large sunny windows to provide individual evaluations and therapy sessions 1 smaller and 2 large sensory gyms all with large sunny windows, suspended equipment, trampolines, crash pads, climbing wall, etc. 1 dedicated feeding/swallowing room with in-suite sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cabinets and storage 1 dedicated fine-motor/craft room with large sunny windows, storage and all materials 2 large staff rooms with conference tables, documentation stations and plenty of storage for personal items 2 material rooms for use by all staff 2 waiting rooms and 2 administrative windows/rooms GCTS currently has a team of 11 speech pathologists and 3 occupational therapists. GCTS has immediate openings for both speech pathologists and occupational therapists, including clinical fellows and new occupational therapy graduates. GCTS offers a wonderful learning environment for all new graduates, clinical fellows and therapists in general looking to expand their clinical skills and populations they serve. GCTS offers pediatric, adult and geriatric services, however, we primarily serve the pediatric population at this time (approximately 90% of our patients). Pediatric experience is a must. Adult and geriatric experience is a plus. Experience or interest in pediatric feeding and/or orofacial myofunctional disorders is also a plus. Dover, NH is located on the beautiful seacoast and is within 15 minutes of Portsmouth, NH, 30 minutes from the ocean, an hour from Boston or Portland, and just over a couple of hours to the White Mountains in northern NH.
