Summary Responsible to assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and other related disorders. • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders, and provide strategies for improving communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Qualifications Education Master's Degree Speech Therapy required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Speech-language Pathologist [State License]
