County Jobs Speech Pathologist•Per Diem Maplewood is looking for a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to provide care on an as needed basis to the residents at our beautiful County Nursing and Assisted Living facility in Westmoreland New Hampshire. As a not-for-profit county facility, Maplewood strives to prioritize the resident's needs and wellbeing. The SLP performs complete assessments and periodic reassessments and treatment of resident's oral motor status, cognitive, speech, voice, language and swallowing abilities as they relate to daily needs and safety. They would also work with our dietary department to make sure food and drink textures are being served consistent with the IDDSI guidelines. This position is on an as needed basis. Duties require knowledge of speech language pathology equivalent to completion of a Master's degree and three to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. New Hampshire Allied Health Professional's license to practice as a SLP required. Must attend mandatory in-services and retain license with the State of New Hampshire.
