In this role, you'll collaborate with educational professionals and families to help students reach their full academic and communicative potential. Engage with students across a range of ages and abilities, providing vital support within a dynamic and welcoming school environment. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license (New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (Voco experience a plus) Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, assistants, and other related service providers Flexible approach to meet student needs, including participating in supportive team loops with additional Account Executives and clinicians Key responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments as needed Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Engage in ongoing communication with parents, school staff, and administrators Maintain accurate documentation of progress and therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities Adapt quickly to both onsite and virtual service delivery as needed Professionals in this setting find fulfillment in seeing their students make meaningful progress, embracing the adaptability required for today's educational landscape.
