• Job Summary and Qualifications
• Responsible for the comprehensive speech and language therapy of assigned patients to include evaluation, program planning, treatment implementation, documentation and discharge planning.

+ Identifies complex socioeconomic and psychosocial behaviors and refers appropriately for special intervention. + Identifies and documents precautions and implications for treatment intervention from medical history screening process. + Identifies and documents learning preferences and educational barriers. + Utilizes the initial and discharge functional assessment indexes for goal and treatment planning. + Sets and documents realistic goals with time frames incorporating the patient and family needs and goals. + Maintains consistently high standard of complete and legible documentation per departmental policy and procedure. + Maintains statistics and reports accurately and in a timely manner. + Provides accurate and timely billing information on a daily basis.

• What qualifications you will need:
• + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist + Bachelors Degree + Minimum 10 years of experience
