Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Valid SLP license or eligibility in New Jersey Prior experience in a school setting, preferably at the Pre-K level Strong understanding of early childhood language development Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for Pre-K students with speech and language needs Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with identified goals and objectives Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Offer support and education to classroom staff and families to facilitate carryover of therapeutic strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reporting
