A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist in Burlington County to provide speech and language therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in their homes or alternate community settings throughout Burlington County. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness Partner What You Will Do:
Assess and evaluate patients for speech and language therapy needs Develop and implement appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians Provide in-home speech therapy services to support recovery and communication outcomes Document patient progress and update care plans as necessary Identify patient and family education needs and implement effective teaching strategies Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care delivery in accordance with agency protocols
What You Will Need:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current NJ license and CCC-SLP certification 2-3 years of clinical experience; community-based experience preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong computer proficiency Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions/Physical Demand:
Home/community-based role with regular driving required Tasks include lifting, sitting, walking, documentation via tablet, and use of phone Indoor and outdoor patient visits based on care needs In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000 When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
