Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) for NJ required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Position Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes Provide ongoing documentation and progress reporting Share expertise and strategies with multidisciplinary teams
