Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech-language therapy services to our patients and residents, including assessment, treatment, and consultation. You will work collaboratively with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing deficits Provide speech-language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement interdisciplinary treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress About the
