Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license is required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred Background in pediatric speech therapy, especially within school settings, is highly valued Ability to adapt and work with a diverse student population from Kindergarten through 12th grade Proven organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across multiple grade levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other professionals Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to address a variety of communication challenges Maintain clear and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Engage and consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support each students progress Participate in team meetings and support compliance with district, state, and federal requirements This role offers the chance for immediate impact by filling a crucial need and supporting student achievement throughout the school year.
