A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient Pediatric Clinic | Manalapan, NJ Join the Motion Spot LLC Team! Motion Spot LLC is looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric outpatient clinic in Manalapan, NJ . We're seeking an SLP who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, supportive environment while having the flexibility to create a schedule that fits their lifestyle. Position Highlights Create your own schedule After-school hours are required Additional daytime hours are available if desired Flexible part-time opportunity with room to grow Supportive team with mentorship available Responsibilities Provide individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric clients. Conduct speech and language evaluations. Develop treatment plans and functional therapy goals. Complete documentation and progress notes in a timely manner. Communicate with families regarding progress and home practice. Collaborate with other therapists to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist Certification and/or NJ SLP License.
ASHA CCC-SLP
