Home Health Location:

Morristown, NJ Pay:

Local:

$1,974/week ($52.64/hr)

Travel:

$2,201/week ($58.69/hr)

Position Details:

13-Week Contract Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00

PM No Weekends Role Overview:

Provide home health speech therapy services by evaluating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and families to improve functional outcomes, provide patient education, coordinate discharge planning, and manage assigned home health cases. Travel to patients' homes using your personal vehicle while maintaining agency productivity and documentation standards.

Requirements:

Current New Jersey Speech Therapist (ST) License Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Minimum 1 year of Acute Care, Subacute Care, or Home Health experience Home Health experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Personal vehicle required for home visits
