Job Description

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is excited to welcome a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to our team in Newark, NJ for a part-time, school-based position ! Join us in making a meaningful impact on every child's developmental journey. We proudly support Clinical Fellows and new graduates , offering direct supervision and hands-on training to help you grow with confidence. Opportunities are also available statewide and nationwide , with clear pathways for professional growth within our organization.

Receive direct supervision
Pay:
$55-70 hr
Hours:
8:30am- 3:00pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide evidence-based therapy to support communication development. Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
