Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are for the Extended School Year (ESY) and/or part of the 2026/2027 school year. Position 1•
ESY:
Dates:
June 18th through July 16th
Hours:
8:15-11:45 am $68•75 per hour Position 2•
Leave Coverage:
Dates:
September 1st through November 25th
Hours:
8:15am•2:45pm $68•75 per hour The same SLP having availability for both summer and fall is preferred, but not necessary.
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
Speech-Language Pathologist License in New Jersey School Certification in New Jersey Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals Providing push-in support in classrooms Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students who require speech/language therapy. Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Maintaining appropriate records and documentation. Developing and implementing IEPs Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
