Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a contract assignment for the Fall 2026 semester. Three full-time positions are available for experienced SLPs (CCC strongly preferred) to cover maternity leaves across elementary schools, supporting students from preschool through 5th grade. Beginning in September, these roles will span 12 weeks and offer 35+ onsite hours weekly at two elementary locations, with a third assignment to be determined. Both confirmed positions serve vibrant student populations, including a significant number of learners with autism and preschool-aged children. CFYs with external supervision are welcome to apply, though SLPAs are not eligible.
Key Qualifications:
Active New Jersey SLP License and valid NJ SLS Certification (required) ASHA CCCs highly prioritized; Clinical Fellows considered if outside supervision is secured Strong background in school-based speech-language pathology Experience working with autism spectrum and preschool populations preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school setting Commitment to full onsite presence throughout the assignment
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to K-5th grade students onsite Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans addressing communication and language needs Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success Maintain thorough documentation and report on student progress as required by school policy Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school activities as needed Immerse yourself in a dynamic, collaborative environment that places student success at the forefront.
