Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) required. Prior experience in schools, pediatric settings, or both strongly preferred. Knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and targeted interventions for school-aged children. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, families, and staff. Flexibility and adaptability to serve a diverse caseload and evolving school needs.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with suspected speech and language challenges. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals. Deliver direct and consultative speech services in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, families, and administrators. Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to regular progress monitoring and IEP meetings. Participate in school professional development and stay updated on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
