Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Background in educational settings with a focus on pediatric and adolescent populations Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success in the classroom Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment progress, and session notes Contribute actively to IEP meetings and offer professional insight on best practices for speech and language support Promote strategies for inclusive communication within the school environment Experience the rewards of working alongside a dedicated educational team while having the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
