Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving young learners from 18 months to 6 years with a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position. This role starts August 3, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027, with a steady 40-hour workweek supporting a caseload of 40 students. You'll make a meaningful difference working with early childhood populations and collaborating closely with educators and families to foster student growth in a supportive school-based environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates considered Experience with early childhood and/or school-based settings is highly valued Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver assessments, diagnoses, and therapy services to students ages 18 months-6 years Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain clear and timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings Monitor and report student progress, making data-driven adjustments to interventions Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for all students This contract role offers a unique chance to create a lasting impact at a pivotal stage in child development.
