Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of New Mexico Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication skills and a passion for student-centered practice Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff regarding student progress and strategies Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide regular updates Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
