Requirements and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers Passion for supporting student growth and meeting the needs of diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K12 students Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement effective interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
