This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about pediatric care and thrive in educational environments. Travel professionals are encouraged to apply and bring their expertise to support local students growth and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) also welcome Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school-based SLP settings Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in accordance with state and federal regulations Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success Provide timely documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings Offer consultation and training for school staff regarding communication disorders and strategies for classroom support Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards of practice
