Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A supportive and student-focused school district in the Rio Rancho area is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for the upcoming school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team with flexible caseload options and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights:
Full-time school-based opportunity Pay range: $55-$65/hour for direct and indirect services Multiple caseload options available: PreK, Elementary, Middle, and High School CFs welcome with mentorship and supervision provided Collaborative multidisciplinary and special education teams Guaranteed weekly hours
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Provide direct therapy services and support student communication goals Develop and implement IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active New Mexico SLP license or eligibility School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills
