In this full-time, contract role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to provide essential speech and language services to K12 students, tailoring your caseload to fit your experience and preferenceswhether you thrive working with moderate needs or enjoy guiding those with more profound challenges. Both local professionals and those interested in travel assignments are encouraged to bring their passion and expertise to this flexible, welcoming environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
A masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date) Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative school-based therapy Strong communication and organizational skills A commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning climates In this impactful role, you will: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized and group therapy Support and advise educators and families on best practices in language development Maintain thorough documentation and progress updates Adapt interventions for diverse learning styles and abilities Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Pay ranges from $40 to $60 per hour, ensuring you are recognized for your expertise and dedication.
