Skills/Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for NM) Prior experience working in a school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to improving outcomes for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students' speech and language needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain documentation and track student progress Participate in team meetings and support the school's mission
