What they do
A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Active and valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in school settings preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Motivated to help students with a range of speech and language needs Comfortable with technology for remote or hybrid service deliveryResponsibilities Include:
Conducting speech-language assessments and evaluations for students Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy services Collaborating with teachers, families, and other school staff Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams Adapting services to a variety of delivery models (in-person, remote, hybrid)Benefits & Perks:
