A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required Experience working with children or adolescents in a school-based environment preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Adaptability to various service delivery models: remote, in-person, or hybrid Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and familiesPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs Provide direct speech-language therapy services, either on-site or virtually Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student development Maintain accurate and timely records as required by the school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student progress discussionsBenefits & Perks:
