Qualifications and Experience:

Active or pending New Mexico PED licensure at time of hire (NMPED—pending status acceptable), with NMRLD required by start date Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or interest in school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for fostering student success and growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver tailored therapy services Maintain thorough documentation of student progress Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams and IEP meetings Consult with teachers, families, and support staff for holistic student care Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
