Key Qualifications:

Current and valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practices and IEP processes Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Effective communication and organizational skills Proficiency in collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs Document progress and maintain compliance with special education regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom integration of therapy strategies Offer consultation and training to staff and families as appropriate
