Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Mountain View Care Center in Boulder City, NV.
As an SLP with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory care. If you are passionate about helping patients achieve their communication and swallowing goals, this may be the perfect role for you.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patients' communication and swallowing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing goals
  • Provide speech therapy sessions to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory care
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans
