Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or completion of SLPA program Active, valid licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY welcome) or SLPA Experience working within pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized speech and language plans Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with a range of communication needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's success Support Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation Flexibility to provide services both on-site and via teletherapy, as needed Guide and mentor SLPA staff if applicable
