Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by providing speech and language services to students as part of a dynamic, collaborative educational setting. This contract opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules. Work with primarily elementary-aged students, while also supporting some middle and high school learners. The position offers the chance to provide both in-person and teletherapy services, actively shaping the communication development of students across varying grade levels.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or completion of SLPA program Active, valid licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY welcome) or SLPA Experience working within pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized speech and language plans Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with a range of communication needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's success Support Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation Flexibility to provide services both on-site and via teletherapy, as needed Guide and mentor SLPA staff if applicableWhat You'll Enjoy:
