Full-time, Contract Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

Bring your passion for supporting student communication and growth to a dynamic contract position working with schools in the Binghamton, NY area! We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists—both SLP-CCC and those with strong school-based backgrounds—to contribute to a supportive educational team during the 2026-27 school year. Full-time roles are available, creating a rewarding opportunity for professionals who thrive in engaging, collaborative environments. This contract assignment will begin approximately in early September 2026 and conclude in early June 2027, according to the school calendar. There are currently 2-3 positions open, and while onsite services are preferred, virtual roles may become available closer to the start of the assignment.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in New York Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school setting Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong team mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and professional standards Provide support and expertise in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions You will enjoy working in an environment that values professional growth, encourages innovation, and supports your ability to make a significant impact on students' lives.
