9658167-14048 Job Description Embark on a rewarding school-based contract as a Speech Therapist for the entire 2026-2027 academic year. Provide essential speech and language services to students, helping them achieve their full academic and developmental potential. Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligibility for New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing CFY Prior experience with school-aged children preferred; new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are welcome Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals, up to 40 sessions (30 minutes each) per week Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate progress notes and timely documentation Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team conferences Implement evidence-based therapy strategies, adapting approaches to meet individual student needs Youll enjoy a consistent daytime schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday, for the entire school yearproviding the balance and structure that fits your lifestyle.
