Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem | 5 Boroughs NYC Paradigm Rehab is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our multidisciplinary team providing high-quality home-based care to patients throughout the five boroughs of NYC. This is a per diem, independent contractor role offering exceptional flexibility — set your own schedule with no minimum caseload requirement. Perfect for clinicians seeking autonomy, supplemental income, or greater work-life balance. What You'll Do Conduct home visit assessments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions Work with school-aged children with developmental delays and geriatric patients Monitor progress, update goals, and complete EMR documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to enhance patient outcomes Why Join Paradigm Rehabilitation?
