Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia therapy. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, dietitians, and families to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning. Educate residents, caregivers, and staff regarding treatment plans and recommendations. Work closely with your Clinical Fellowship mentor to develop your clinical skills and professional competency. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY). Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is preferred but not required.
