Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel Step into an enriching travel opportunity this summer as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) during an Extended School Year (ESY) program near the scenic community of Holland, NY! This flexible, short-term assignment not only opens the door to premium compensation and coveted job security, but also provides non-taxable stipends, travel assistance, healthcare benefits, and access to a 401(k) program—all designed to support your career and personal goals while you explore new horizons. Spend your summer from July 6th through August 14th helping students in grades K-12, working Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 2:15 PM. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in New York ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates considered Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings Strong communication and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services for K-12 students in the ESY program Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and progress notes Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
