Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Active New York SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) also considered Experience working with pediatric, early childhood, and elementary-aged students Functional knowledge of best practices for students with moderate to profound communication needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt interventions to varied student needs

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families in developing and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on student success Offer creative, engaging, and individualized therapy sessions
