Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while expanding your professional journey as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this rewarding contract role, your expertise in pediatric speech and language development will help support students communication and social skills, allowing them to achieve their fullest potential within a school-based setting.
Key Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational or school environments Strong knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP process, and evidence-based intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from varied backgrounds Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative therapy services to children diagnosed with speech, language, or communication impairments Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student learning Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance requirements Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to support holistic student growth and outcomes
