Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication needs from September through the end of November. This position is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to making a meaningful difference in a school setting.

Key Qualifications:

Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Previous experience providing SLP services within school environments Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students, following individual education plans (IEPs) Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and treatment outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the review and planning process This contract-based leave coverage allows you to build valuable experience within a supportive school community near North Collins, NY.
