Job Description

At All About Kids, we provide high-quality, personalized care and educational services to children with various developmental needs and their families. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated in-person Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will conduct assessments and evaluations for children with speech and language disorders in both English in our Early Intervention (EI) and Preschool (CPSE) programs. You will play a crucial role in developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evluations for children to determine their communication needs. Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present findings to families and interdisciplinary teams. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide appropriate therapy and services to clients, incorporating cultural and linguistic considerations. Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other support staff to ensure effective service delivery. Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program. New York Licensure in Speech Pathology. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Passion for enhancing the lives of children through innovative and compassionate therapy.
Valid teaching certificate in either:
Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) Teacher of Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) Compensation $175-$215 per evaluation Benefits Work for a company with over 30 years of experience in the field.
